Business Tax Services
We prepare C corporation, S corporation and LLC/Partnership tax returns. We advise on converting entities to "S" or "C" corporations, special step-up basis elections for LLC members, built-in gains tax issues and normal business tax issues as the primary function of our practice. One of our most common services is advising new business startups on formation issues related to income tax minimalization for the owners and the business.
Estate, Gift and Tax Planning Services
We regularly advise lump sum payout recipients (lotteries, lawsuits, etc.) on long term tax planning concepts. We prepare estate and gift tax returns and work with your regular tax professional on compliance with complex tax issues such as like-kind exchanges, special tax elections, college tax planning and long term care issues.
